You develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for our product portfolio and bring innovative product ideas into the appropriate sales channels By analyzing market trends, competitors and consumer behavior, you identify new opportunities and strategies for stationary trade You can also arrange for optimal brand presence at the Point of Sale through targeted placement and promotion measures In cooperation with Legal and R&D, you will create sales-promoting product claims, packaging texts and communication materials In addition, you implement operations around your product portfolio, keeps market developments in mind and supports POS actions, listing talks and sales offers You conduct cross-departmental projects, work closely with product management, marketing, sales and R&D, and optimise 360° marketing measures

You bring a successfully completed degree in communication, marketing, management or a comparable qualification with You also have at least 4 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, ideally in the field of cosmetics/FMCG with direct reference to stationary trading You convince with your profound knowledge of cosmetics and active ingredients as well as a deep understanding of the German drugstore trade You have pronounced analytical skills, a high degree of self-responsibility and a structured and detailed way of working with hands-on mentality Your demonstrable success in brand, brand and product matches in the B2C and B2B sectors as well as your experience in the development of POS materials and sales promotions speak for you Flowing German and English skills, a safe handling of MS Office and your sense of current market and industry trends, especially in the areas of social media and POS strategies, complete your profile
