The Children's Association is a small, independent association for which the rights of children are at the centre. Our crib “Bullerbü” is the smallest crib Lüneburg, in the green heart of the city.

This is what awaits you

• A small group of up to 11 children aged 1 to 3 years
• Three wonderful colleagues and a family atmosphere
• A great working environment with direct location to the Kurpark
• Short paths, direct communication and flat hierarchies
• Collective payment by TV
• Work contract for 33.5 hours of work initially limited for the duration of parental leave
• parking in front of the house

• You participate in team talks, get used to new children and conduct parent talks
