• depending on the qualification up to 11 TVöD VKA- For Unit 43, we are looking for a dedicated personality that strengthens the technical building management of our broad portfolio in Bremen and plays a central role in building and implementing structured damage management. Its task is to systematically detect damage to approximately 160 operating buildings and two large operating stations, to evaluate risks transparently and to control the processing of the refurbishment process in a targeted manner.
