As Lead Business Analyst products and requirements, you take the professional leadership in the field of financial statements, taxes and cross-border processes. You are responsible for end-to-end processes with a focus on customer value, sustainability and cloud transformation.

You develop and control the migration strategy for new cloud applications in the area of demand management taxes, annual accounts and cross-border processes and consistently support their implementation. You coordinate and guide the changeover team tax and at the same time bring the perspective of the annual financial statements into the transition team Accounting Next. You actively shape the technical and methodological knowledge transfer around products and requirements and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation and networking – especially with Datev Business Platform (DGP), Accounting Next (ACN) and firm management. You develop user journeys, target images and strategic guidance for future-oriented, consistent and customer-oriented processes. You analyze customer and market requirements, guide decision-making needs from them, prepare them clearly, structured and address-oriented, and make resilient professional decisions.

Skills required: You bring multi-year experience in the professional management of complex topics or Team with and has a holistic understanding of customer processes, internal processes and organizational structures. You have well-founded experience in customer processes around annual accounts and/or taxes and can safely arrange, prioritise and evaluate technical requirements. You convince by clear and binding communication, strong entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and pronounced methodological skills. You can quickly and structuredly analyze complex technical relationships, derive stressful action options and create clarity and orientation even in dynamic or unclear situations. You bring experience in cross-departmental cooperation and control complex issues with the various stakeholders.
