Coordinator:in Resources & Capacity Planning (m/w/d)

In this function you are the organizational backbone of our resource planning. You make sure our projects run smoothly and our teams are optimally used.

DEINE ACTIVITIES: Creating and maintaining overviews on resource needs and utilisation Early detection and proactive avoidance of planning conflicts and bottlenecks Analysis and elimination of process risks and inefficient resource use Development of short-term solutions for project-related challenges Long-term optimization within the meaning of the overall strategy of the group of companies Definition and development of policies and processes in the planning area Introduction of measures to increase efficiency and optimize costs Continuous improvement of the entire planning process

Successfully completed technical or economic studies or comparable training with corresponding training At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in resource planning and management Project management skills are advantageous Conflict resolution capabilities are a must, as well as a pronounced negotiation skill Self-conscious, committed appearance and a high degree of care and accuracy German and English skills Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a fast-paced environment
