You are responsible for the technical support of the insurance contracts of our corporate and private customers in the internal services in the private and commercial insurance sectors With your special knowledge you are contact persons for private and commercial questions Compulsory and accident insurance They process supply and customer enquiries independently and are the main partners in new contracts and stock management Our internal customer service providers and direct customers are personally, by telephone and in writing. They are primarily responsible for the processing of all business processes and contract processing, management, documentation and data management of a firm stock

You have successfully completed your training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or insurance specialist (m/w/d) They have good savings knowledge and experience in the property and liability insurance (e.g. an insurer, a broker or an advisory company) with You want to develop yourself personally and constantly improve your professional skills You inspire customers with your interest in saving and enjoying personal, telephone and written contact with customers and insurers Your PC skills (e.g. MS-Office) are reliable Teamability, a very good communication capability and a high level of commitment complete your profile
