Management of user roles, permissions and access rights

Identification of optimization potentials and participation in further development

Creation of requirements analyses and specifications with specialist areas

Testing, acceptance and support of updates, releases and rollouts

Installation and maintenance of local IT systems

Local contact for hardware and software at supervised locations Installation and operation of workplace, workshop, telephone and server systems

First aid for disturbances, coordination of emergency operation and problem management

Technical end user support (hardware, software, connectivity)

Management of user accounts and security policies

IT project implementation Working in local IT projects from planning to rollout

Coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Capture local requirements and translation into technical specifications

Conducting tests/take tests and ensuring compatibility

Other tasks Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, process descriptions and IT manuals

Updating the asset management database

Proactive consulting of the specialist areas in IT issues

Regular coordination with central IT and other locations

User communication on IT renewals and changes

Continuous training on technologies, trends and best practices

Completed IT training or comparable studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or several years of practical experience

Multiannual experience in application management and the support of local IT infrastructures

Knowledge of user and authorization management

Experience in project work, requirement management and test/taking

Strong customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills

Team player with high problem solving competence and self-organisation

Knowledge of relevant security and IT compliance requirements of advantage
