Account Manager (m/w/d) We are looking for a loan analyst real estate (m/w/d) in part time for our credit risk management at the Hamburg site. The position shall be fixed for one year.

Its diverse tasks include: Analysis, testing and evaluation of credit engagements with a focus on intermediate real estate financing as well as property-related project financing Creation of decision templates and ratings incl. Votum Close cooperation with customer representatives in the joint structuring of credit commitments Treat and create credit and collateral contracts Payment control and credit deposit General administrative tasks as part of ongoing engagement management Project work and willingness to take over further tasks

Completed banking training, preferably with completed economics or Higher education or further qualification such as Bankakademie or Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Professional experience in market succession in the analysis and risk assessment of demanding property-related credit exposures is desirable Knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit operations Analytical Skills and High Decision Security Structured, independent and independent working Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as mastery of the MS Office package complete your profile Knowledge of Agree applications is desirable
