(Senior) Full Stack Engineer Data & AI (m/f/d)

End-to-end development: You develop customized software solutions that integrate data and AI functions into new or existing systems and thus improve processes sustainably. You accompany the entire development process – from architecture to implementation to productive use. API- & System Integration: You implement complex interfaces, develop your own microservices and ensure reliable networking of heterogeneous systems and data sources. Bring AI into practice: you evaluierst, integrierst and operationalize AI models into existing or newly developed systems to automate specific applications based on data and tool. In addition, you accompany the operation and the further development of existing and newly developed models. Tech-Stack: You meet your own technical architecture decisions, evaluate new frameworks and implement them independently in practice. Perspective & Responsibility As we develop dynamically as a department, we offer you the opportunity to take on personal responsibility (e.g. in a leading role) beyond the technical project management.

Motivation first: Your intrinsic motivation to work yourself into new technologies, tools and procedures is more important to us than the perfect mastery of a particular stack or a specific career path. You're looking for continuous development! Your background: You have a completed study (informatics, data science, software engineering, etc.) or a comparable training with relevant professional experience in software or data development. Technical know-how: You are fit in Python and have profound experience in the development of web applications and APIs (e.g. with FastAPI, Flask, React or Node.js). In addition, you will bring safe knowledge of working with databases (SQL). It is important to us that you already have experience in several of these topics and are happy to work in other areas. AI affinity: You have ideally already collected practical points of contact with the use and integration of AI solutions or machine learning models. What distinguishes you: You convince by a structured way of working, communication strength at different levels, team capacity and high self-initiative. Language: German language skills (min. C1) complete your profile.
