In the Department of Driver's Service Car Rental / Workshop in our headquarters in the Düsseldorfer Medienhafen, you are an important support for the team and perform the following tasks for a year: You take the written and oral communication with the drivers in first-level support and are responsible for the processing of incoming driver requests until successful completion. You process car rental reservation requests and are responsible for coordinating workshop appointments. You support and implement operational measures to ensure driver satisfaction. You update the driver's data and provide further services to the drivers.
