Complete training in the technical or medical field (e.g. IT system electronics, electronics, opticians) or a corresponding study First or multi-year experience in field services, ideally in optic or medical technology Good IT skills and interest in technical innovations High customer orientation, flexibility and responsibility readiness to travel within the region and occasionally nationwide Very good German knowledge and basic English skills
