Your tasks:

• Intensive social pedagogical accompaniment of people with a variety of mediation barriers
• coordination of operations;
• crisis intervention, promotion of key competencies
• Conflict and behaviour training,
• cooperation with offices and authorities,
• Visits to clients and network partners
• Project-related administrative work and extensive documentation activities

Your profile:

• Completed study of Social education/training and Social work, medical education or rehabilitation education; further degrees with supplementary subjects or Study focuses (social/health) pedagogy/social work or rehabilitation, special education or youth assistance are also permitted | nationally recognized educators, educators – youth/heimer education, health caregivers with relevant additional qualification and state-recognized work-ers, if at least 1 year experience with the target group can be demonstrated within the last 5 years
• Communication strength, empathy & safe occurrence
• High motivation, flexibility and durability
• Joy in dealing with people
• An independent and independent way of working
• Good computer skills
• willingness to participate in training
