Group Manager Sales (m/f/d)

You lead and motivate a team of sales staff and promote their professional and personal development Plan & organize the distribution of blood preparations at the Institut Kassel You are contact persons for sales requests for the customers of the Klinikum Kassel and our cooperation companies You make sure that the organization with the team is ensured for the creation of shipping documents, commissioning and packaging/delivery of orders as well as storage You monitor stocks and decay rates and calculate targets for decrease and production/production You coordinate the supply structure between the various locations of the company You review relevant key figures by means of our modern sales report and initiate measures for possible adjustments You develop and conduct customer projects together with the project department in the sales service, such as the expansion of electronic ordering systems for products and laboratory services, delivery tracking of temperature-controlled transports (Track & Trace), systems for cooling chain monitoring and for new modern logistics solutions

You have acquired a commercial training and ideally further additional qualifications or are business owners (BA/VWA), have completed a study of health management or have a comparable qualification You have already worked successfully for several years You have leadership experience and fun to develop together with your team You love to get in touch with people and are strong in communication with customers and employees You have a good process understanding and ideally have IT skills You have very good user knowledge in MS Office programs, mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
