Student trainee in customer service (m/f/d)

This is what we expect as a working student Customer Service (m/w/d)

You are a contact point for our customers: in case of damage and answer their questions both in writing and in person on the phone with a service-oriented and customer-friendly approach. You are responsible for the collection of damages in our systems, inform the customers about the current status and explain the last billing letters in a comprehensible way. You support current projects and topics. You carry out your tasks independently and responsibly and can set up flexible, innovative and mobile ways of working. Your job is not in the sale of products, but rather in finding solutions and in the enthusiasm of the customers through excellent service and customer-oriented support.

This is what you bring with you (m/w/d)

You are currently enrolled in a course of study. You have good oral and written expressiveness in German. You are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, conflictability and organisational skills. Also empathy, communication strength, joy in contact with people via the different communication channels are not strange to you and if something goes wrong, it does not bring you out of rest. You show openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
