All work related to maintenance Creating, customizing and testing maintenance plans in SAP Evaluations of carried out maintenance, documentation for rent surveys Own-responsible implementation of target-actual comparisons and analyses Development and monitoring of counter-control measures for deviations Provision of systemic evaluations of mass data taking into account contractual changes With the help of the development and documentation of process processes taking into account interfaces to other areas of expertise Communication with other departments, internal and external service providers and authorities

Completed commercial or technical training (even in real estate) Multi-year professional experience Technical understanding Knowledge of technical relationships, in particular in the maintenance of building equipment, heating and decentralized inventory engineering processes, are advantageous Self-responsible and proactive mode of operation characterized by detailed, systematic, future-oriented and result-oriented consideration of complex relationships Secure handling of SAP and mass data tools Very good knowledge Microsoft Office Service awareness, customer orientation Knowledge of operations and interfaces to maintenance topics and traffic safety High quality and cost awareness Individual initiative, motivation and sense of responsibility Communication and team skills
