Your tasks

• Operation of the telephone center and forwarding of calls
• Organization and coordination of appointments and meeting rooms
• Maintenance and management of files and databases
• Creation and management of contracts and documents
• General administrative activities in everyday office

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in reception or assistance
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational talent, communication strength and a friendly appearance
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
