As part of a family group, the construction company has been implementing demanding construction projects in civil and road construction, pipeline construction, construction engineering, construction renovation, railway construction and industrial and commercial construction for many decades. You are also active in the field of earth construction and earth material management, development, deep pipe construction, water construction, PPP projects and Building Information Modeling (BIM). As part of a timely planned follow-up scheme, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and pragmatically oriented director of calculation/technic management calculation (m/w/d) for the strategic, technical and organizational management of the calculation and for the management of an experienced calculation team. In this key position, you work closely and trustfully with superstructure managers, branch managers and management – with the aim of ensuring the order situation in a sustainable and economically successful manner.

You take over the strategic control of our calculations – from the selection of suitable tenders, the prioritization and organisation of tender processing to decision-making in close coordination with the management. In doing so, you calculate complex construction services (depth, road and rail construction), develop technical concepts and check customer requests for technical and economic feasibility. In offering and award management, our company is represented sovereignly in bidder and award talks, participate in contract negotiations and develop procurement strategies. You are a central interface to customers, authorities, planners and internal areas of expertise – including education and coordination of bidding communities. As a manager, you will lead and develop the costing team, promote cooperation and expertise and actively promote the further development of methods and processes. In close cooperation with the management, you will help shape the company's technical and economic future.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification and have several years of experience in managing a costing team or in the project or project. superstructure line with – preferably in civil and road construction. Knowledge of IPA projects is desirable. You combine your strong leadership skills with entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strategically active and pragmatically oriented high degree of responsibility and integrity.
