We are looking for one/n to strengthen our team at the fastest possible time: Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/w/d) As a front office agent/receptionist, you bring an outstanding level of commitment, a focus on excellent service and a real passion for creating positive guest experiences in our dynamic front office team. Your main tasks: As our front office agent/receptionist you enjoy the lively operation of the lobby and are the first contact person for our guests Not only do you care about the smooth running of check-in and check-out, but also about reservations, guest requests, telephone calls and payment processing You will be the superhero of our guests and ensure that all aspects of the guest journey and the guest experience are implemented at the highest level. This also includes advice on local attractions, restaurants and events You radiate patience, empathy and a welcoming personality to give our guests a pleasant feeling of welcome As an integral part of the team, you are working proactively to ensure the satisfaction of the guests and to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office department by coordinating and working closely with other departments.

That's what you bring: Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary.
