Electrician / Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

As an Electrician / Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) you take over the following tasks: Cooperation in seismic and geophysical surveying at sea. The range of tasks includes the entire measurement technology, including the positioning systems on board, mainly seismic, magnetic, side view sonar, fan echolot and common positioning systems Assembly, installation and maintenance of seismic and geophysical measurement technology and electronics Preparation of measurement technology for national and international offshore measurement campaigns in Bremen as well as control and first commissioning of the technology on site Identification and elimination of errors in measurement technology, team-internal communication during the installation phase of the technology Offshore operations take place mainly in German territorial waters. The time of use is limited to a maximum of two weeks. Inventory of existing equipment in Bremen, including production of documentation, possibly using forklift trucks and hall cranes.

You have completed electrotechnical training (ideally first experience with cable and plug connections). You bring the physical fitness (GWO fitness) to participate in offshore operations. Knowledge in the field of measurement technology and offshore experience is advantageous. Their strengths are the communication in the team, organization and a clean and accurate way of working. A high level of flexibility with willingness for emergency services, night service and weekend work is yours. You are ready to participate in offshore operations (with offshore compensation above the market standard). Good German skills (min. C1) are of course for you, good English skills are of advantage. You have a class BE licence.
