The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners and customers. Grants – you take over the coordination of all funding procedures for research coordination. You are also professional contact persons for other material processing and take over the second examination of grant decisions and audit reports. You deal with difficult legal issues and ensure the uniform handling of the contributions in the unit. You are responsible for the technical control of the grant projects and thus ensure the achievement of the goals set. In addition, you will also provide further lectures of the House on questions of assistance. In addition to your basic tasks, you will also be responsible for your own application procedures, in which you will cover the entire process – through the creation and testing of grant decisions and their possible revocation. Financial Controlling and Title Management – As part of your task, you manage and manage the research budget (Title Management). You also take over the financial controlling for the entire department “Grundsatz”. To this end, you agree closely with the Head of Units and Divisions, the other units of the department and the household department and represent the financial controlling to the house management and the Federal Ministry of the Interior.

You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor Studies/Diplom [FH]) in a course relevant to the perception of tasks (e.g. administrative or economic sciences). Alternatively, you have the career capability for the up-to-date non-technical service of the Federal Republic or of the Länder or a degree as an administrative specialist or specialist. the course II. You already have several years of experience in the right to grant. Ideally, you have gained experience in federal or state budget law as well as in research funding.
