Your career chance: From the beginning on leadership course This position is the ideal entry for your guide career: You start surveying as Deputy Head of Department and are specifically prepared for the takeover of department management. Within three years we will accompany you with a structured integration and development program that will optimally prepare you for the management function. After this time, the takeover of the department management has been planned – your perspective on a responsible leadership role is guaranteed. Support of department management in technical and commercial management as well as the successful execution of demanding projects Independent organization and controlling of projects Direct contact with customers: advice, solution finding and sustainable support Participation in tenders, tender processes and process optimizations Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships Step by step take over leadership tasks with the aim of taking over department management

Multiannual professional and project experience in measuring Completed studies in surveying, geodetic, geoinformatics, cartography or comparable qualification, as an alternative training for surveying technician/in Experience in GIS and CAD desirable Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and new challenges Communication strength, safe occurrence and team capability Self-employed, structured and reliable operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in handling modern measurement technology (e.g. Leica/Trimble) driving licence class B desirable Your strengths You are an organizational institution, are happy to work in the team and keep track of complex tasks.
