As part of the regulation management, you are part of the relevant interface of 50Hertz to the federal network agency and experience the complexity of the energy system through the implementation of regulatory requirements. You will gain experience and participate in key energy-economy topics such as the further development of the national and European regulatory framework for the electricity grid or strategic-planning processes for offshore network connection systems. Your tasks: further development of the existing regulatory framework to advance the energy transition at high speed, responding to regulatory issues in the field of energy, such as system services, the integration of renewable energies (off and onshore) or various power plant topics, drafting opinions and reporting for the Federal Network Agency and ACER (EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulator) as relevant regulatory authorities at national and European level, support for cross-departmental German and European projects both on land and at sea to support numerous areas at 50Hertz, Implementation of data analyses and presentations.
