Subproject Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Project management and control of all infrastructure measures as part of the ramp-up of the new yard, including planning, monitoring and coordination of docks, slip systems, cranes, production halls and warehouse and logistics areas; Creation and maintenance of time and milestone plans, resource planning and progress and risk reporting technical responsibility for the testing and approval of construction and workshop plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety, environmental and secret protection standards; Implementation of cost calculations and budget and follow-up management for infrastructure projects On-site construction management with coordination of all trades and foreign companies, monitoring the progress of construction and quality standards as well as ensuring the safety of work during execution Control and management of external partners, in particular architectural offices, specialist planners and engineering service providers, to ensure smooth interfaces between planning, execution and shipyard operations Administration and stakeholder management through coordination with port authorities, construction offices, classification societies, approval bodies and internal departments

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the planning and construction of complex industrial or infrastructure projects, ideally in the maritime environment Funded knowledge of cost calculation, tendering and construction contracting according to HOAI and VOB as well as a safe handling of project management tools, construction time planning and CAD systems Experience in the management of architectural offices, engineers and construction companies as well as a strong, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility Impressed communication strength and team capacity for effective cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams Ability to coordinate complex project requirements, manage risks predictively and ensure time, budget and quality results
