Co-therapist on night duty for our medical center in Prien am Chiemsee (m/f/d)

Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a co-therapy (m/w/d) in the night service for our Medical Center in Prien am Chiemsee in full time. Drug management: You are responsible for the correct and careful allocation of medication and monitor the effect and compatibility of patients. Co-therapeutic conversations: You conduct supportive conversations with the patients, accompany therapeutic processes and promote their resources together with the therapist and therapist team. Patient care: You are available to the patients as a trusted respondent, accompany them and actively assist them in meeting their individual challenges.

You have a completed training for health care and nursing staff (m/w/d). Social competence, communication strength and very good German knowledge are your strengths. Professional experience in psychosomatics is desirable, but no requirement. Team skills, empathy, emotional resilience and reliability characterize you.
