Packing and processing of products according to process range (e.g. weighing, mixing, packaging) setting and monitoring of plants according to recipe specifications Preparation, operation and monitoring of the production process Sensory control of the produced products or Mass Compliance and documentation of all relevant steps Quality control of products (optical, sensory) Compliance with hygiene requirements, in particular foreign body management and personal hygiene Cleaning of the workplace and the environment according to hygiene standards and cleaning requirements

Ideally a successful training for confectionery technologists (w/m/d), food technology specialist, machine and plant leader (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Vocational experience in food production or similar sectors would be desirable Standing for shift work (3-shift system) A profile that combines reliability, punctuality and team skills
