For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a HR Legal Counsel (m/w/d) – International HR / Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d) Arbeitsrecht.
Work law consulting in Germany: You advise management, HR and executives independently on all key issues of German individual and collective labour law. You evaluate legal risks and develop practical, entrepreneurial sustainable solutions. Collective Labour Law and Labour Relations: You accompany business constitutional questions and cooperation with employee representatives. These include, in particular, co-determination processes, company agreements and legal support in negotiations. International HR and labour law issues: You coordinate international HR issues in cooperation with our subsidiaries and local law firms. You can meet local legal requirements, group-wide standards and business objectives. Cooperation with international law firms: You control external legal advisers for labour law in our global branches and critically examine legal assessments. The results are translated into clear, durable and implementable recommendations for HR and Management. Examination of documents and legal opinions: You examine written statements, draft contracts, opinions and legal memo margins of external firms.
