In the Group Legal Division, we advise, maintain, manage and negotiate contract and production contracts, IT and data protection contracts, claims declarations in insolvency proceedings, corporate transactions, licensing agreements with contracting parties at national and international level, brands and domains as well as media transactions for the entire ProSiebenSat.1 Group and its broadcasting brands. This is what awaits you You will get insights into the workflows of our Group Law Department and participate in internal meetings and meetings, if you wish, you can also get to know other areas of the company You independently manage contract operations, coordinate digital release and signature processes, correspond with contract partners or external authorities and law firms In addition, you accompany contract negotiations and assist in creating draft contracts In addition, you will independently develop simple, legal facts and research legal issues You support parts in Content Production, Global Sales, Content Licensing, Corporate M&A, Media Law, IT Law and Data Protection Law, IP Law, Distribution and Monitazion & Tech

You complete a degree in economic law or in a comparable legal or business/economic studies course You also have a strong interest in the legal work of a corporate law department You also have a very careful and self-employed working style Reliability and team skills Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
