You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Steel Welding Division and Machining Components with around 50 employees Ensure a motivating working environment and support your team in daily work By maintaining and optimizing existing process specifications and work instructions, you ensure a smooth process They are responsible for trouble-free manufacturing processes and reliable time and quality control You can recognize training needs early, plan appropriate measures and implement them in a targeted manner In addition, customize production capacities to ensure optimal utilization They are responsible for the safety and availability of all machines, plants, equipment and special equipment used In addition, you take over the structured collection of relevant data in the KWKG database The creation and processing of risk assessments is also part of your task They ensure compliance with all requirements in the fields of occupational safety, cleanliness, order, fire protection and energy, environmental and quality management You are responsible for the monthly accounts of the cost centers assigned to you The operational planning, control and further development of these areas is your responsibility Staff talks prepare carefully, perform these targeted and take care of a professional follow-up This will make you an active contribution to the further development and binding of your employees
