As a senior material disponent*in, you take on the holistic responsibility for the timely and bulky supply of the assigned orders. In close coordination with the strategic purchasing, you are responsible for the retrieval orders, the delivery date tracking and the entire supplier communication. Ensuring efficient and effective material supply of production in close coordination with suppliers and production control Preventive risk management to avoid material bottlenecks Development and implementation of strategies to reduce inventories and improve the frequency of envelopes as well as responsibility for the level of stocks (in units and euros) by specification Regular exchange with the S&OP team regarding plan adjustments Conducting projects to optimize supplier delivery performance Close cooperation with strategic purchasing as part of supplier support and escalation management performing the material disposition and continuous further development of the disposition system (incl. fixing of parameters such as lot sizes, safety stocks, etc.) Required control and tracking of orders, delivery plans and retrievals to ensure a timely supply of materials in close coordination with suppliers Regular processing of exception messages and maintenance of the material master data relevant to disposition Reporting on material stocks, ranges and other MRLs Regular correspondence with suppliers and customers in the international environment Monitor order confirmations and material inputs Own-sponsored support of customer and authorities audits

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, production management, supply chain management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in material disposition or a related area in the industrial environment Knowledge of material demand planning and supply chain processes in discrete manufacturing Safe handling of SAP as well as very good user knowledge in MS Excel and Power BI Embossed analytical skills for performing material economic evaluations Experience in procurement processes, supplier management and project management Knowledge of purchasing law of advantage Knowledge of relevant aviation standards (EASA Pt. 21G and Pt. 145) desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working Embossed organizational and communication skills as well as a safe occurrence against internal and external interfaces German and English knowledge (C1) in word and writing

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Küste. The gross annual fee is at the start at about €69,500 at a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, collective wages such as additional collective wages and other special payments under collective agreements apply. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
