You can move a lot with us. You support various Employer branding measures and are committed to positioning PENNY as an attractive employer for the relevant target groups. You develop and accompany the implementation of multimedia communication projects. You work with both internal contacts: inside and with external agencies. You support the analysis and implementation of strategic HR projects. You participate in the implementation of national and regional projects such as our application days and Azubi markets, and you always keep an overview. You perform organizational and administrative tasks, such as the evaluation and processing of data, as well as the creation of presentations and decision templates.

You can become part of our team. You are characterized by your special communication strength as well as your conscientiousness and team skills and have fun in solving work. You work very structured, carefully, and you are an organizational institution. You are enrolled in a degree from the field of economics, business, marketing or psychology. You master the handling of all major MS Office programs, especially Power Point. You could ideally gain first practical experience. In addition, you bring enthusiasm for the topics listed above.
