As a production assistant punching company (m/w/d), you can expect a varied use in the punching company with clear workflows and a modern production environment. At the site you work in the 2-shift operation and make your contribution to reliably and consistently implementing the manufacturing processes.

• You control and monitor punching machines during the ongoing production process.
• You prepare materials, introduce them and control them further.
• During manufacture, you pay attention to dimensional accuracy, cleanliness and a consistently high quality of the manufactured parts.
• Smaller disturbances or vulnerabilities can be detected early and forwarded to the competent authorities.
• You support setup and conversion so that the production process can continue smoothly.
• The documentation of workflows, test results and production steps is also one of your daily tasks.
• Order, safety and careful handling of machinery and materials are of course for you.

We are looking for

You are well suited for this position if you already have experience from production and can quickly capture workflows. The use in 2-shift operation is also part of the willingness to reach the workplace with its own driver's license and car.

• First to multi-year professional experience in production, ideally in the field of punching or manufacturing.
• Basic technical understanding and safe handling of simple production processes.
• Careful operation and a good eye for quality and details.
• Loadability, reliability and pleasure in practical work in the team.
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation in early and late shifts.
• driving licence and car to reach the workplace.
• A friendly, grounded appearance completes your profile.
