Implementation of product and process error analyses in the context of complaint processing and initiation of optimization measures Analysis of the relationship between product defects and customer-specific applications Assessment of the risks of process errors in the stages of product development and introduction of risk mitigation measures Implementation of FMEA sessions with the aim of implementing defined fault avoidance measures across the project

Study of electrical engineering, industrial engineering with focus on electrical engineering or comparable qualification First experience in the processing of customer complaints and knowledge of methods for problem solving Experience and knowledge of risk analysis methods, in particular FMEA Advanced knowledge of electronic components and electronics production Ideally professional experience in optimizing production processes Very good knowledge of German and English
