• Technical inquiries? Special problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent person.
• You install and configure the customer's software and hardware and cabling IT workstations at our local customers - including, for example, the setup of PCs, notebooks and individual components.
• From small error to hardware repair - you retrieve faults, redirect devices after a malfunction and replace damaged hardware parts.
• In this context you also work with rollouts in our IT projects.
• To enable your colleagues to take up your work in the future, you document your work done carefully.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant:inside or in a comparable field of work
• Professional Practice in IT Support as well as the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment
• First experiences in the implementation of IT rollouts as well as in the handling of mobile devices and common ticket and client operating systems
• Good knowledge of German and basic English
