You advise, support and empower the BMW Group's local security organisations in the region of Germany on all fundamental issues of security such as e.g. physical safety, fire protection, crisis management, incident management or information protection. In addition, within the Regional Security Office, you take over the expert function for a subject, ideally security planning. You implement standards and processes of corporate security in the region of Germany and take into account regional peculiarities. In addition, you will see the interfaces between corporate security and security organisations in the region of Germany. You also work with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will guide and work in projects of corporate security and security organisations.

Degree in safety management, security policy or in a comparable course of study with recognizable safety or comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in safety management / fire protection, ideally in the group environment. Deep understanding of complex operational processes in the core processes of a manufacturing industrial company. Funded knowledge and methodological competence in project management.
