You check the production documents for completeness CNC programs and cutting tools invite you to the milling machine and fit them as needed The milling machine will set you a Clamping and aligning workpieces as well as performing zero-point settings is your task area They control the machining parameters and process the workpieces accordingly After processing, check the workpieces and determine if necessary. Correction values you set accordingly During the processing, you conduct collision considerations They detect malfunctions in the workflow, display them and fix them independently In close coordination with work preparation and quality assurance, ensure a smooth process The quality of the finished workpieces ensures by regular testing Monitoring the entire workflow Document workflows or customize existing documentation They ensure the economical use of cutting tools The review and optimization of CNC programs also falls within your responsibility
