Chinese Cuisine / Wok Chef Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As a cook (m/w/d) for Chinese cuisine, you are an important part of our kitchen team and brings your know-how into the authentic preparation of Chinese specialties. Your focus is on work at Wok, where precision, speed and passion are required. You prepare authentic dishes of Chinese cuisine with a special focus on the wok cuisine.

You work independently at the Wok station and ensure the highest quality, freshness and a consistently high standard.

You take the professional preparation (Mise en Place) of all ingredients and ensure a smooth process during the service.

You look forward to an appealing presentation of the food and compliance with our quality standards.

You care for order and cleanliness at your workplace and ensure the correct storage of all foods.

You work closely with the entire kitchen team and support an efficient daily operation.

You consistently comply with all hygiene and HACCP policies.

You have a completed training as a cook or cook or several years of experience in Chinese cuisine.

You ideally have experience in professional work at Wok and know the techniques of traditional Chinese cuisine.

You work structured, fast and keep an overview even in stressful situations.

Quality, freshness and attention to detail are of course for you.

You are a real team player and brings passion for Asian cuisine.
