Team Leader* Occupational Safety

You guide and develop our team for occupational safety professionally and disciplinaryly and secure clear priorities and high quality standards You are responsible for the uniform, effective and legally secure implementation of work protection standards across 9 locations, 16 units and central functions You actively develop and shape the Group-wide work protection strategy and establish binding standards, methods and control mechanisms You build a company-wide occupational safety management system according to ISO 45001 and develop it sustainably You will ensure a systematic analysis of accidents and events, and will provide effective improvements across locations You establish a meaningful KPI and reporting structure and prepare results for management and disciplines for decision-making You control cross-site work protection projects in close cooperation with factory management, company physicians and specialist departments, develop organization (including SiFa structure) and systems and are regularly present on site

You have completed technical or scientific studies (e.g. engineering, security technology or comparable) You bring multiannual well-founded professional experience in occupational safety in an industrial, ideally regulated environment (e.g. chemical industry) with You have comprehensive practice in occupational safety systems, risk assessments and in the analysis and follow-up of events and measures You have experience in developing and successfully implementing standards in cross-site organizations You control projects in a structured and secure manner and keep track of complex structures with many interfaces You are convinced by a secure appearance and strong communication and moderation capabilities and you can prepare topics addressable up to management level You work data-based and customer-number-based, go safely with digital tools (including HSE systems) and ideally bring first leadership experience, very good knowledge of German and English (French of Benefit) and readiness to travel with
