Our goal is to transform the dreams of our non-technical users (i.e. doctors and other medical professionals) with creativity into technically feasible concepts, in order to implement them in compliance with ease of use, scalability and runtime security.

WHAT WHICH BRAUGHING

• Professionally, you take care of existing network landscapes and have fun in designing, implementing and administering new solutions.
• The configuration of new (usually Mac) hardware as well as the connection of devices such as printers and medical devices
• The problems and errors that occur are addressed by yourself and, if necessary, solved with the support of our developers and technicians.
• In contact with our customers, there are no stupid questions for you, you also explain technical facts to the most stubborn layman, and you always remain valuable.
• This position can be 100% exercised from the home office. So you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work with us.
• There is nothing in the way of a part-time job, but it would be ideal if you spend at least 30h of your time with us every week.

WHAT DO MUST HAVE

• You are a trained professional informant or professional cross-entryer with network infrastructures, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and/or firewalls and network security e.g. Sophos or Lancom.
• Knowledge of how to use Apple products and phone systems like Starface are a big plus, but no "must have" for us.
• You work excellently self-organized, independent and keep every appointment.
• You bring a positive human image, work well in the team and always communicate valuable and solution-oriented
• In order to be able to grasp this correctly, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
