Project Manager Third-Party Business in the Accounting Division - Bochum (m/f/d)

As a junior project manager, you take responsibility for day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth project execution. As a specialist Sparring partner, you are interested in the analysis, further development and optimization of processes and project structures for the project manager. In partnership, you will bring your own ideas and solutions to your own, actively promote improvement initiatives and prepare sound basis for your decision.

Faktura & billing Own-sponsored management and ensuring the operational execution of the daily business in third-party business in cooperation with the project manager Responsibility for the proper, timely and contractually compliant billing of all services – from recurring standard services (e.g. green care and building cleaning) to individual customer commissions – including ensuring high data and process quality Contract logic & master data maintenance Responsible transfer of paper-based contractual works and performance agreements to a consistent and system-compliant SAP contract logic Careful care, updating and quality assurance of relevant master and accounting data taking into account defined processes and quality standards Interface communication Close exchange with various departments within the housing organisation and the group as well as with the operative colleagues on site Process optimization & project support Active cooperation in the construction and standardization of scalable accounting processes as well as in system-side further developments in SAP, including independent SAP testing Identification of optimization potentials in daily business

You have successfully completed your commercial training or a comparable qualification You have optimally gained professional experience in accounting, accounting/factura/order accounting or similar accounting activities You are versed in dealing with common office applications, especially Excel - SAP knowledge is desirable, but no need You bring a strong understanding of accounting, contract and process logics, as well as the ability to structure complex facts clearly You convince by your independent working and communication skills in handling operational units and internal interfaces
