Manager Corporate Risk & Compliance (m/f/d)

Your mission As a strategic link and operational driver, you are responsible for the implementation and further development of our PreZero-wide corporate compliance.

Your tasks

Risk mitigation & governance: Proactive protection against reputational and regulatory risks and monitoring of ESG legislation. Further development of risk management, risk analysis (Corporate Compliance, LkSG/ESG) and tracking the implementation of measures. Conception of national and international compliance/ESG requirements, guidelines and processes. Continuous methodological review of the effectiveness of existing compliance processes. Global rollout: International rollout of guidelines in our national companies and implementation control. Knowledge transfer & training: Development of communication content and qualification formats (e-learnings, presence training). Culture & Values: Promoting a lived compliance culture across all interfaces (e.g. Code of Conduct, BPM).

You bring

Successfully completed study of the business economy, economic law or comparable qualification (ideally with compliance/ESG reference). Multiannual professional experience in risk management, ideally in corporate compliance or regulatory ESG risk management. Experience in the independent project management (planning to implementation) in the field of compliance/ESG/risk management. Strong communication and presentation skills; flexible between strategy and operational expertise support. Self-employed, targeted, structured working and trustworthiness. Safe handling of common office software, knowledge of AI applications and ideally Google Workspace and GRC software (e.g. OneTrust, LCM). Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
