The MEDIAN Klinik Gyhum is a specialist clinic for orthopaedics/fall surgery, geriatrics, neurology and has 333 beds. Strengthen our team in full and part-time, initially limited as parental leave, at the next possible time.

Ensuring and further developing internal quality management Coordination of quality assurance activities with the Commercial Director Quality control Monitoring and steering of the QM manual and all documents and records Preparation, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits Reporting Participation in QM projects Quality control: data collection, collection and evaluation Advising the Heads of Department in Quality Monitoring of error and risk management, including the resulting corrective measures for incorrect performance and risks Analysis and optimization of internal processes for quality assurance

Ideally successfully completed studies or comparable qualifications in healthcare Training as a quality manager A training as an internal auditor:in First experiences in quality management and audit procedures are advantageous Organisational capacity Structured, result-oriented and independent working methods Sovereign appearance, very good communicative skills as well as high enforcement capability Safe handling of MS Office programs
