Group Leader Rehabilitation

The responsibility for the group's disciplinary and professional leadership at the Magdeburg and Quedlinburg sites is in your hands. Work processes and procedures are controlled by you and you clarify performance-related problems. Claim, interim and case-release audits are part of your responsibility as well as active participation in case management. You create and check the relevant statistics in the work area and evaluate the internal performance controlling. You work closely with external bodies such as rehabilitation facilities, doctors and medical services. You support the department management in process optimization and engage in projects.

You are an empathic, motivating and solution-oriented leadership for a team at two locations. You have completed an apprenticeship as a social security specialist (m/w/d) or a health study or have a comparable qualification or professional experience. You have already gained professional experience in a management position. You have extensive knowledge of social security and rehabilitation. You are convincing, process-oriented and possess enforcement. You have very good communicative skills and work on results and with high self-motivation.
