You check requirements, chances of success, risks and economic viability – in close coordination with sales, project management, executives, lawyers:inside and external partners. You identify and shape assumptions, scope limitations, as well as participation obligations of the client: inside and for a sound business costing. You actively participate in the creation of offers, are part of a cross-functional team to develop a solution concept and develop a complete, high-quality offer document. You are the central contact person for customer communication and make sure that offers are submitted in a form- and timely manner. You document the offer process and ensure a smooth transfer to the executive project teams in the event of a contract.
