Under our responsibility, a large-volume residential building project with around 200 housing units in Augsburg is currently being created – and this is the beginning: further exciting projects in the region are already in planning and development.

For the implementation of our current and future projects, we are looking for an experienced architect/project architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), who wants to contribute his experience and ideas, take responsibility and actively shape our projects.

Planning and implementation of housing projects in the performance phases LPH 1–5 (focus point LPH 5) Design planning, approval planning and execution planning Detailed planning and technical development of construction projects Coordination of technical planning (TGA, structural planning / statics, fire protection, building physics) Coordination with internal and external project participants Ensuring quality, costs and appointments in the construction project

Complete study of architecture / construction Multiannual professional experience as an architect in housing / construction (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Experience in execution and detail planning Structured and independent operation Quality awareness and economic thinking Team spirit and communication strength
