Development of maintenance strategies with the involvement of the relevant employees for sustainable management Collection and evaluation of modules or technical building assessments and state records Control and prosecution of project-related authorities in the technical field Analysis, assessment and reconciliation of relevant national/international legal frameworks and legislation (EnEV) Creation of actual analyses with energy balances and technical parameters as well as potential analyses (energy) and scenarios derived therefrom Development and development of a knowledge management system in the field of energy and climate protection Developing and updating a long-term strategy for repair and maintenance projects as well as in inventory management with the focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and management costs Responsibility for budget creation and control Development of a target catalogue for the maintenance management system in cooperation with relevant technical specialists Planning, control and control of standards within inventory management Conception, development and implementation of sustainability-related key figures Identification of climate protection potentials in existing processes and the creation of reports, publications and opinions

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification, supplemented by additional qualification in the field of building and supply technology Practical experience and knowledge in implementing measures in the areas of building technology, repair and energy optimization Experience in the creation of technical concepts and strategy reports Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations, in particular HOAI, VOB, Baurecht (BayBO, BauGB) and the relevant DIN standards Understanding complex technical and organizational relationships Impressed organisational and decision-making capacity and analytical thinking Customer-oriented and team-ready working Good IT skills (SAP and MS Office)
