Following tasks await you:

• Implementation of the AOS Roadmap in the departments
• Support in the Brick (Method) implementation in the departments
• Support and support of executives in the AOS Introduction and their routines
• Implementation of AOS Classroom training for employees in the departments such as the analog AOS learning path
• Participation in the Management Control routine, GEMBA & Structured Feedback Talks with the executives as well as performing AOS workshops (5S, ISPP etc.)
• Exchange of best practices in the work and participation in the assessment
• Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators in the AOS department to measure and optimize the progress of implementation
• Tracking the Kaizen points about the Dedicated Improver from the production areas
• Planning and cooperation on Kaizen projects at work level such as tool concept, layout planning etc.
• Planning and implementation of training (PPS, 5 Why etc.)

We wish:

• A completed technical training or a completed study in aerospace, mechanical engineering or in the technical field or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in change management, aerospace and process improvement
• Good knowledge of the Airbus Operating System (production system)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• German and English skills
• Tools: Google Workspace
