For the Flight Operations Center of the Malteser Assistance in Cologne we are now looking for a student help (m/w/d) for 15-20 hours a week. Malteser Assistance is a medical service company of the Malteser Hilfsdienst gGmbH in Cologne. It is one of the German market leaders in the assistance industry and offers its insurance and corporate customers comprehensive services in accident, care and health insurance. The range of services includes the organisation of outpatient assistance, repatriation of the sick and damage regulations and management and consulting services in the healthcare sector. In our emergency call and service center in Cologne we serve approx. 7,000 patients worldwide. Here approx. 3000 return transports organized and distributed.

Implementation of individual tasks in the field of personnel management Support in communication with foreign service providers Support for appointments and events (e.g. staff training) Support in the organization of the medical camp Communication with international customers Data management and general office activities

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good user knowledge of the MS Office package A strong customer orientation and great service awareness Contact and communication strength We are happy about medical knowledge, but they are not a prerequisite
