Support our Global People Business partners in the development and implementation of strategic People-&Culture concepts for our Group Division Turbo. You are actively involved in global, cross-departmental P&C initiatives and you are strategically and operationally involved. With us, you can independently take smaller projects or project modules, for example in the areas of organisational development, talent management and talent development. In addition, you support the definition of workforce and skill planning as well as the planning of talents and succession regulations. In addition, you will create presentations, evaluations and decision-making bases and help to prepare content in a comprehensible manner for different contact persons. You are in regular exchange with various internal contacts, including in the international environment.

You have a degree in business management, human resources management, economic psychology or in a comparable discipline. You already have first insights or experiences in the HR/People‐&‐Culture environment – e.g. through internships, student works or first professional experience. Basic knowledge of project management and the motivation to advance smaller projects in a structured and self-responsive manner are yours. A structured, solution-oriented way of working, analytical thinking and self-initiative complete your profile. You like to go proactively to people, like working in exchange with others and enjoy finding solutions together. You work organized, think with you and bring your own ideas. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office are desired.
