Monitoring and inspection of technical installations (including documentation) Support, implementation and appointment of auditable facilities with external inspection bodies and service providers (including documentation) Ensuring safety, cleanliness and order on site General masters, including small repair and maintenance Support for the management of corporate vehicles (e.g. cleaning, inspection, transfer, processing of fines) Preparation and conversion of rooms for internal events (e.g. the construction and conversion of furniture) Implementation of smaller transports Organisation of waste disposal Maintenance of green areas (e.g. plant irrigation) Support for expatriates (small repairs, delivery/exchange of equipment) Examination and verification of incoming invoices Internal postal service Central point of contact for employees in questions about facility management Elevator maintenance Supporting the management team for simple administrative activities (e.g. tasks in the context of sustainability and energy reporting)

Completed craft training or comparable qualification Ideally multiannual professional experience in the master's service Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of reliability, team capacity, willingness to use and self-sponsibility Physical fitness, Class B driving licence Good knowledge of German in word and writing, basic knowledge of English
