You develop our corporate governance framework in a federal setup (like Data Mesh). You moderate and empower Data Stewards/Data Owners in the product teams Guiding, Training and Community of Practice. You take care and development of DataHub in the areas of Business-Glossar, Domains, Ownership, Lineage, Classifications and Policies. You're responsible for the Data Quality Management. These include the definition of DQ rules and KPIs, monitoring, issue/incident processes, escalation and remediation. You develop access and protection concepts (RBAC, PII/DSGVO), data contracts and policies together with engineering/security. You drive the data strategy forward by measuring maturity, roadmap, standards and SLAs for Data Products; Reporting for management and audits.
You have well-founded professional experience in data governance and data management in the company context. You bring very good knowledge in metadata management, lineage, data quality and in federal organizational models. You have experience in dealing with DataHub (Glossar, Entities, Ownership, Tags/Policies) or comparable catalogs. You have optimally SQL-Skills and Python skills for automation and checks. You understand cloud/data platforms (e.g. Azure/Databricks, Delta/Unity Catalog) and GDPR requirements. You bring moderation skills, experience in stakeholder management and very good language skills in German and English.
